JOCO WORKS WOW: November 6 & 7, 2025

What roles do sponsors play in making this a success?

1. Prepare. Set aside approximately 18 to 20 hours of time to:

   • Participate in (2) planning and exhibit support calls with staff and other event sponsors

   • Mark two event days (November 6 and 7, 2025)

   • Make a note that November 5, 2025 is setup day.

2. Create an interactive hands-on exhibit that captures your career field. An exhibit is an activity that students can cycle through within the 25-minute time allotment (i.e.: a game, simulation, experiment, etc. that would be appealing and exciting to 8th graders).

3. Gather your team. Find staff who will engage with students during the event.
