Leadership Johnston Class of 2020

As the Executive Director Gammage is responsible for managing the strategic planning and operation of the Club in support of its mission for 200 plus youth that the Club now serves in Selma, Smithfield, and Benson.

Gammage has held several leadership positions, most recently as Lower School Head of St. Timothy’s School in Raleigh and is a regular presenter at national and state conferences on various educational topics.

A graduate of Oxford University in the UK, and American University in Washington, D.C., Gammage has spent nearly 30 years as an educator and administrator, designing curriculum and pedagogy based on research, and raising money to support educational programs for underserved students. 

As the first child in her family to go to college, Gammage has first-hand experience of what it takes to “follow a dream.”
