41 years ago on July 24th, 3HC (Home Health and Hospice Care, Inc.) was founded in the little- but mighty- town of Mount Olive, NC. Over the last 4 decades, they have grown from a single office, single county provider with a staff of 2 to a 23-county provider with 9 offices and 2 in-patient hospice houses and a staff of almost 500! They are proud to be your local, nonprofit home health and hospice care provider!
